Yeh teenon mushqein din mein teen auqaat subah, dopahar aur sham mein karein har mushq 10, 10 bar dohraei'n ahista ahista ta'adaad barhatey jae'in hutta kay ek waqt mein 20 bar dohraein agar mushq kay doran paet ya naaf kay neechey baalon wali jagah khinchau aur tana'u mehsoos karein to mushq ki ta'adaad ko kam kardein magar din mein karni teen bar hi hai. Inn mushqon ko brush karney ki tarah apni zindagi ka hissa bana lein yeh mushqein aapki ko bohut khushgawar bana deingi. PC muscles ki mushq kay istaemal ka zikr peechey bhi guzar chuka hai.
