    Gosht, Andey, Machli, Chawal, Lassi, Baengan, Piyaz, Lehsen, Subz mirch, Kashmiri mirch, Hari phalyan, Dhanya, Kheera, Kaddu, Tindey, Makaee kay taaza bhuttey, Kachey timater, Aaloo bukharey, Aam, Amrood, Anannaas, Angoor, Pista, Tarbooz, Jamun, Kharbooza, Khoobani, Kiinoo, Kiinoo ka juice, Saeb, Faalsa, Leechi, Malta, Aaroo, Amreeci Kharbooza.
  • Mandarja zael ka istaemaal kam kiya jaey: coca cola, pepsi, masaley
  • Mandarja zael ko bilkul istaemaal na kiya jaey:
    Mithaaeyaan, chocolate, cigarette, tambacoo, sharaab, icecream, cake, pastry, biscuit, poori, parathey, taez masaley, zyada tael wali cheezein, chilghozey, moong phalli, akhrot, naariyal, khushk injeer, makkhan, doodh khusoosan gaey ka doodh, dahi, paneer, khoya, kheer, shakarqandi, daalein, lobiya, soya bean, baking soda, gobhi, shaljam, bhindi, khajur, palak, salad kay pattey.
  • Thori miqdaar mein chaey aur shahed ka istaemaal mufeed hai magar zyada istemaal na karein
  • Salan waghaera sunflower oil mein pakaein.
  • Yeh khooraak donon mian biwi kay liye hai.
